Law enforcement academies all over the country are looking for qualified candidates to become recruits. It’s no secret that between retirements, normal attrition, and officers leaving law enforcement altogether, agencies are considerably understaffed. To do more with fewer and reduce turnover, it’s critical that law enforcement academy graduates are well-trained and able to retain the information taught throughout their time at the academy.
